We Believe in:

1. The Trinity of God (Gen 1:1; John 1:1-4, 14; Mat 28:19; I Jn 5:7): In the One, True, Living God who is self-existing and eternal. We believe He is Omnipresent, Omniscient, Omnipotent and that He manifests Himself to us in three persons. God the Father is the Source, God the Son is the Way to the Source and God the Holy Spirit is the Helper from the Source. We believe that the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit are equal in deity, and eternality, and yet the Holy Spirit is subject to the Son and the Father, and the Son is subject to the Father. The Father is subject to His Word.

2. The Creation of all things by God (Gen 1:1-2; Col 1:16; Rev 10:6): That all things, both visible and invisible, were created by God.

3. Jesus Christ, The Son of God (John 3:16; Luke 1:26-31, I Cor 15:3-4; Rom 8:34; John 14:6): That Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God. That He was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, that He lived a life without sin, and that He was crucified and died on Calvary’s Cross, under Pontius Pilate, to pay for and redeem us from our sins. That after He died on the cross, he was buried and that on the third day after His death He arose from the dead, proving that He is the Son of God. That for forty days after His resurrection, He showed Himself to His apostles in His resurrected body. That on the fortieth day after His resurrection, He ascended to Heaven in the sight of His apostles, and is now seated at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty, making intercessions for His Church. That He will one day return to earth to fully establish His Kingdom.

4. Salvation by the Son of God (Eph 2:8-9; Rom 10:9-10; Acts 4:12): That Jesus Christ is the Way, the Truth and the Life and that no man comes to the Father, but by Him. That all men were born in sin and need to be saved. That salvation only comes by grace through faith in Jesus Christ; by a confession with the mouth and a belief in the heart that Jesus Christ is Lord and that God raised Him from the dead. That once one repents of his sins, and believes and confesses Christ as Lord, they are born again, regenerated by God’s Spirit, have eternal life and are now a child of God, an heir of God’s Kingdom through Christ. That we are not saved by good works, but good works are the fruit of our salvation. That water baptism does not save us, but that one should be baptized in water once they believe and are saved. That water baptism is an outward show of one’s inner belief, and follows the example set by Christ, helping us publicly identify with His submission to the will of the Father, and His death, burial and resurrection.

5. Empowerment and Leadership by the Spirit of God (John 14:26, 15:26, 16:7-13): That God the Holy Spirit is our Comforter (Helper/Empowerer), and Leader (Guide/Director/Teacher). He was sent by God the Father and God the Son to empower the New Testament Body of Christ to be an effective witness of Christ in the earth. That God the Holy Spirit gives us the power to walk in truth and love like Christ, and to boldly preach and teach the Gospel. That He is the Spirit of Truth who always leads us into all truth as we permit Him. That He is the true Teacher of the Church and He always testifies of Christ and agrees with the Word of God.

6. The Holy Word of God (II Tim 3:16; II Pet 1:21): That the Bible contains 66 Books of Holy Scripture. That all Scripture is the inspired and inerrant Word of God. The Old Covenant (Agreement between God and Israel) being written by the prophets and the New Covenant (Agreement between God and the Church) being written by the apostles, as the Holy Spirit moved on them. That all Scripture – from Genesis to Revelation – is profitable to us for doctrine, reproof, correction and instruction in righteous living. That the Word is God is the ultimate authority for the born again believer. That faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. That the born again believer is sanctified (set apart, washed, and matured) by truth, which is the Word of God. That truth doesn’t change, and shall never pass away. That when one knows the truth, the truth makes them free.

7. The Great Commandment of God (Mat 22:36-40): That the First Great Commandment of God is to love God with all your heart, soul and mind, and that the Second Great Commandment is to love your neighbor as yourself.

8. The Great Commission of God (Mat 28:18-19; Mark 16:15-16):  That the Great Commission of God is to go into all the world and preach the Gospel (Good News) of Jesus Christ to everyone; making disciples of men of all men (nations), baptizing them in the name of God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit.

9. The Church of God (Acts 20:28; I Tim 3:15; I Cor 12:27):  That the Church is not a building but the Body of Christ; an international body of born again believers who have accepted Jesus Christ in their hearts as their personal Lord and Savior. The head of the Church is our Lord Jesus Christ. The Church is God’s instrument to carry out The Great Commission in the earth. The Church of God is a part of the eternal Kingdom of God, every member of the Church having eternal life. That upon the death of a born again believer, their spirt and soul go directly to be with the Lord.

10. The Rapture of the Church of God (I Thes 4:13-18):  That the next major event in God’s prophetical program is that Jesus Christ will come from heaven to gather all His Church to be with Him in the clouds, and thereafter shall His Church be with Him forever. He will bring the dead in Christ with Him and He will seize up those born again believers who remain (have yet to die), and they and their bodies will all be changed in the twinkling of an eye and be gathered together with Christ. That the new bodies of the Church will be like that of Christ’s resurrected body. That after the Rapture will come the Marriage Supper of the Lamb and the Judgment Seat of Christ where all born again believers will be rewarded according to their works in Christ.

11. The Second Coming of the Son of God (Rev 19:11-21):  That after the Rapture of the Church of God, there will be a Great Tribulation in the earth for three and one half years. During this Tribulation, God will pour out vials of judgment on the world, and the Beast (the Anti-Christ) will rule over a one world government, demanding allegiance to him as God or death. At the end of the Great Tribulation, Jesus Christ will return to the earth, defeat the Beast, the False Prophet (the False Spirit) and all the (evil) kings of the earth and their armies. He will throw the Beast and the False Prophet into the Lake of Fire, and cause Satan to be thrown and shut up (bound) in a bottomless pit for 1,000 years.  King Jesus will reign on the earth during these 1,000 years (The Millennial Reign). The first resurrection of the dead will occur at the beginning of the 1,000 years, at which  time the righteous (martyrs) will be raised from the dead to be priests with God and Christ and reign with Him for 1,000 years. At the end of the 1,000 years, Satan will be loosed from the pit for a season but will be eventually cast into the lake of fire where he will be tormented eternally. That after the 1,000 year reign, God will have a Great White Throne Judgment – the second resurrection of the dead. Whoever’s name is not found in the Book of life will be cast into the lake of fire to suffer eternal torment.

12. The Eternal Kingdom of God (John 3:16; Mat 25:34; Rev 20:6; Rev 21:1-3):  That all those who believe in and have accepted Jesus Christ as Lord have eternal life and are a part of the eternal Kingdom of God. That after Christ’s Millennial Reign on the earth, God will create a New Heaven and a New Earth, and there He will dwell with His people in a perfect existence forever.
